DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! I ship worldwide from Singapore. As long as you have a mailing address, your order will make its way to you!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW WILL I KNOW?
Your order is shipped within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a email notification once your order has been dropped off at the Post Office!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
SINGAPORE ORDERS: Local orders are shipped via Ninjavan. You may track your package here. Tracking is unavailable for Non-Registered Local Mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Service and are handed over to your local postal company. You may track your package here but do note that most tracking information stops updating once it departs Singapore or is marked as ‘delivered’ when it enters the country of destination.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
SINGAPORE ORDERS: Please allow 1 to 3 working days for local orders and 2 to 4 weeks if you opted for non-registered mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for international orders.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD MORE THINGS BUT I’VE ALREADY MADE AN ORDER?
If you have already made an order and would like to add more items, simply place make a second order and email / leave a note on my contact page ASAP so I can refund you the excess shipping fees. This only applies to orders that have not yet shipped! Once item has been shipped out, additional items will be considered as a separate order.
MAY I EXCHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, there will be no exchanges / refunds for a change of mind after an order is shipped. Order cancellations must be authorised via email within 24 hours of purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL IS MISSING / DAMAGED?
You may drop me an email / leave a note on my contact page to let me know. Please remember to include your name, order number and photos, and I’ll get back to you ASAP.
Damaged items are usually replaced and missing items due to attempted deliveries and/or ordered with the wrong address will come back to me in the mail, and they will not be compensated. Once I receive a bounced item, I will get in touch with you to arrange for a refund or a second delivery at your expense. Please understand that bounced items may take over a month to be returned to the sender, so do ensure that you’ve entered the right mailing address before checking out. :)
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING / EXTRA IN MY PACKAGE?
You may drop me an email / leave a note on my contact page to let me know. Please remember to include your name, order number and photos, and I’ll get back to you ASAP to arrange for a replacement. If there has been a mix-up and you received the wrong item, please keep them as a form of compensation for my booboo! Sometimes, you may find extra goodies in your package, don’t be too alarmed! They are lil freebies that I’ve included specially for you. ENJOY! :D
